Elegance Line Lift Chair Warranty Information

If you have a problem with your Elegance Line lift chair, simply call one of our expert customer service representatives, and they will arrange for an authorized technician to diagnose/repair your chair.  We will have the parts shipped directly to the technician, or your residence – free of charge.  Every effort will be made to return your lift chair to working condition in the shortest time possible.

The following parts will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, free of charge, for the following allowable time periods from the date of purchase.

Steel Lift Mechanism

4 years:
Wood Frame – Motor – Hand Control – Recline and Footrest Scissor Mechanisms

Beginning in the 5th year, a pro-rated warranty will take effect that covers the motor and hand control only.  This means that you will pay a discounted cost for the part.  The following percentages outline the discount plan.
Fifth Year: 25% off suggested retail
Sixth Year: 15% off suggested retail
Seventh Year: 5% off suggested retail

All of the previous parts are covered for defect in material and/or workmanship.  The warranty does not extend to fabric.  Any abuse or intentional misuse of the lift chair will void the warranty.
