Delivery Details

Lift chairs will be delivered in 5-7 business days after shipping. The specific shipping times and estimated delivery times are noted on the product page for each lift chair. Shipping details are also provided in the Shipping information section.

There are several delivery options available for most lift chairs:

• Free Ground Freight

  The freight company will bring the unit to your home. Please note that the free ground freight delivery does NOT include bringing the unit into a house or garage. If your home is difficult for a truck to reach, the freight company may be limited to delivering the lift chair to the curb.

• In-Home Delivery

  The freight company will bring the lift chair inside the door of your home.

• White-Glove Delivery

  The fright company will unpack the lift chair, bring it into the home and setup wherever you like, remove any packaging, and make sure the chair is functioning correctly before leaving your home. This service is a terrific option if you are having the chair delivered to a family member or friend who does not live nearby and who may need assistance getting the chair unpacked and setup. White Glove Delivery adds 5-7 business days to the delivery process.

If there is any minor damage to the packaging, please note the damage on the paper you are asked to sign. if the damage seems extensive, or you can see that the lift chair has been damaged, please call us immediately, and do not sign for the package.

All lift chairs are delivered fully-assembled or nearly fully-assembled. In some cases, you may need to slide the back section onto the seat section, but no tools are ever required.
