Lift Chair Delivery Made Simple!

All Lift Chairs with In-Stock Fabric leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days. You may select In-Stock Fabrics from the Color choice drop-down on the product's page.

Lift Chairs ordered with other fabrics or with heat and/or massage options may take an additional 10-14 days to ship. Heavy Duty models are custom made by the manufacturer and may take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Please call us at 1-888-628-1145 for more information about delivery time. In most cases, we can check inventory to see if the specific model that you want is in stock.

There are several delivery options available for most lift chairs:

  • FREE Curbside Delivery

    FREE Curbside Delivery for your lift chair includes standard freight delivery of your new chair to the door (ground-level only). The freight company will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery.

    Please Note: If there are any steps leading to your door the trucking company will deliver the boxed lift chair curbside. Free Curbside Delivery does not include set up or removal of packing materials. For these features, please consider White Glove Delivery.

  • Inside Delivery

    With Inside Delivery, an upgraded delivery option for lift chairs, your chair will be delivered by a freight carrier and brought inside your home (ground-level only). The carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery.

    Please note: The freight carrier cannot carry your lift chair up any stairs or ramps nor will they unpack the lift chair to fit through doors. To ensure that Inside Delivery is an option for you, please measure the door to your home (ground-level) to ensure that it is at least 36� wide (the standard width of the box). If your doorway is not large enough to accommodate a box of this size or you need assistance with set-up please consider White Glove Delivery.

  • White Glove Delivery

    White Glove Delivery is a premium delivery option that provides added convenience and peace of mind. With White Glove Delivery, your new lift chair is shipped to a trained agent in your area where it is inspected for damage and tested thoroughly. The local agent then calls you directly to schedule a convenient delivery time.

    At the scheduled time, your new lift chair is:

    • Delivered into your home
    • Set up where you request
    • Inspected for shipping damage
    • Tested to ensure proper functionality
    • Demonstrated for proper use and maintenance
    • All packaging materials are removed


    Please note: White Glove Delivery adds an additional 5-7 business days to the total delivery time. It does not include the set-up of any accessories.

Lift Chair Assembly

All lift chairs are delivered fully-assembled or nearly fully-assembled. In some cases, you may need to slide the back section onto the seat section, but no tools are ever required.

Upon delivery, please carefully check your chair's packaging and note the damage on the delivery confirmation that you are asked to sign. if the damage seems extensive or you can tell that the lift chair has been damaged, please do not sign for the package and call us immediately.
